Hi! Let's read a fun story about Humpty Dumpty! One sunny day, Humpty Dumpty put on his blue vest and red bowtie. He loved to sit on walls and look at the pretty flowers below. Humpty saw his favorite wall. It had red and yellow flowers at the bottom. "I want to climb up!" said Humpty. Just then, the King's Horses came by. They were big and white with golden bridles. "Be careful, Humpty!" said the horses. "That wall is very tall!"

Humpty smiled and waved to the horses. "Don't worry! I'm good at climbing!" Up, up, up he went. The wall was very tall, but Humpty was brave. When he got to the top, he could see the whole town! "Wow!" said Humpty. "I can see everything from here!" The King's Men in their red uniforms walked by. They looked up at Humpty with worried faces. "That's very high, Humpty!" called one of the King's Men. "Maybe you should come down?" Humpty giggled and did a little dance on top of the wall. The wind was starting to blow, making his bowtie flutter.

Humpty kept dancing on the wall. He wiggled and jiggled and did a funny hop. "Look at me!" he called down to his friends. "I'm the best dancer ever!" The wind blew harder, making Humpty's bowtie spin around and around. But he just kept dancing and laughing. The King's Horses and King's Men watched from below. They were getting more worried. "Oh dear," said one horse. "The wind is very strong!" "Please be careful!" called a King's Man, holding his red hat so it wouldn't blow away. Humpty felt the wall wobble under his feet. His tummy did a flip-flop. Maybe dancing in the wind wasn't such a good idea!

Humpty looked at his feet and took a deep breath. "I should sit down now," he said softly. Very slowly, Humpty bent his knees. The wind was still blowing, but he tried his best to be careful. Little by little, he lowered himself to sit on the wall. "Good thinking, Humpty!" called the King's Men from below. They clapped their hands, happy to see their friend being careful. But just as Humpty was almost sitting, a big gust of wind came whooshing by! It made his bowtie spin like a pinwheel! "Whooooa!" said Humpty, trying to stay steady. He wobbled to the left, then to the right. His heart was beating very fast! The King's Horses moved closer to the wall. The King's Men held hands, making a circle below where Humpty sat. "We're here to help!" they all said together.

Humpty took tiny scoots down the wall. "Easy does it," he whispered to himself. The wind kept blowing, but he held on tight. His friends watched from below, ready to help. The King's Horses stood close to the wall, and the King's Men kept their circle strong. Scoot, scoot, scoot. Humpty moved down bit by bit. His blue vest flapped in the breeze, but he didn't let go. "You're doing great!" called a King's Man. "Just a little more!" But then - oh no! A flower petal flew up and tickled Humpty's nose! "Ah... ah... ACHOO!" Humpty sneezed so hard his bowtie spun around. The sneeze made him bounce on the wall. He started to slip!

Quick as a flash, all the King's Men linked arms to make a giant net. The King's Horses pushed their soft backs together to help catch their friend. "We've got you, Humpty!" they called. Down, down, down Humpty fell - right into the middle of his friends' arms! He bounced once, twice, and landed with a soft "poof" in the flowers below. "Oh!" said Humpty, checking his shell. Not even a tiny crack! His bowtie was a bit crooked, and his vest was ruffled, but he was safe and sound. "Thank you, my friends!" Humpty hugged each horse and every King's Man. "You saved me!" "That's what friends are for!" they all said together. From that day on, Humpty still loved to sit on walls - but he always made sure to sit close to the flowers, where his friends could reach him. And sometimes, on quiet afternoons, you might see him having a lovely tea party in the garden with the King's Horses and King's Men, telling silly jokes and sharing cookies. The End.
